How to brew
[1] Warm your teaware beforehand.
[2] Place 3g of organic tea leaves in the teapot, pour in 120ml of freshly boiled water, and let it steep for one minute.
[3] Pour gently into the teacup, making sure to pour out every last drop.* Leaving the teapot lid slightly ajar will help ensure the second infusion is also delicious.
