BUSHFIRE APPEAL FOR WILDLIFE VICTORIA

Like many of you, we have been struggling to come to terms with the impact of the fires in Eastern Australia & Kangaroo Island. We are devastated by the loss of life, homes, farmland and livelihoods.

And the enormous loss of wildlife and their habitats is difficult to comprehend.

We are are offering a collection of Wingnut & Co. Bushfire Appeal Gift Cards which we will donate a 100% of their sales to Wildlife Victoria’s Bushfire Appeal. (These are now sold out, thank you for your generous donations)

Asuka has made a collection of vases from his own porcelain and stoneware recipes that we will donate 100% of their sales to Wildlife Victoria. These pieces will always have the Wildlife Victoria logo attached to the image of the piece, so you know that 100% of sales from those pieces will be donated to Wildlife Victoria. We will continue to add to this collection over the next few months.

The funds raised will assist Wildlife Victoria in supporting dozens of wildlife shelters and carers around the state that have been affected by the Victorian bushfires and extreme heat events. Donations to the Wildlife Victoria bushfire appeal will be distributed to wildlife shelters and carers to help rebuild enclosures and equipment that they have lost in the fires so that they can continue their lifesaving work, and support those that are struggling to cope with the enormous number of animals that will need care in the coming weeks and months.

If you would prefer to make a direct donation you can do it via this link here: https://www.wildlifevictoria.org.au

(There are obviously many other crucial charities and organisations that need funds at this time, we have just decided to concentrate our small contribution towards one, to ensure it has an effective impact. We also urge people to visit affected areas and towns on the way to fire ravaged areas when it is safe to do so and spend money with local small businesses to keep their doors open and assist them in the incredibly difficult process of rebuilding.)
