How to brew
[1] Warm the teaware beforehand.
[2] Add 3g of organic tea leaves and 130ml of hot water (80°C), then let it steep for 60 seconds.
[3] Pour the tea into a teacup, making sure to pour out every last drop. *For the second infusion, using slightly hotter water will yield a delicious result.
