How to brew
[1] Warm the teaware beforehand.
[2] Place 3g of organic tea leaves into the teapot, add 120ml of hot water cooled to 70°C, and let it steep for one minute.
[3] Pour gently into the teacup, making sure to pour out every last drop. *Tip: Leaving the teapot lid slightly ajar helps ensure the second infusion tastes delicious as well.
