How to brew
[1] Place 3g (one teaspoon) of genmaicha into a teapot and pour in 130ml of boiling water.
[2] Let it steep for 30 seconds, then pour into a teacup. *Brew with boiling water to enjoy the savory, gentle aroma of the roasted brown rice.
