Ceremonial Grade Matcha
Seijyu is the highest quality matcha in Hoshinoen in terms of taste, aroma and color. In Hoshinoen, a tea leaf competition is held every year. Seijyu is a matcha made from the top 10 tea leaves in this competition and carefully finished with a best condition stone mill.
This premium matcha has a deep umami flavour with a sweet finish and an elegant fragrance. Seijyu can be used for both Koicha (thick brew) and Usucha (regular, frothy brew).
