Shipping, Returns & Care

Shipping within Australia

There is a standard $10.00 postage fee on all orders sent within Australia. Expected delivery with Australia Post is within 2-5 working days from the date of purchase. If you would like to collect your piece in store, please select this option at check out and we will contact you to arrange a collection time from 47 Baillie St North Melbourne. If you require express post please select the ‘pick up in store’ and request express delivery in the notes area. Where possible we will post your urgent order within 24hrs and send you an invoice for express postage.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International Standard. The cost is calculated at checkout on orders under 2kg. Please ensure all personal details entered at checkout are correct. Please provided addresses where you will be during work hours. Expected delivery is within 5 – 10 working days. International Standard offers tracking via email but no signature on delivery. We can organise express shipping and/or signature on delivery as required. On express/ signature required parcels and on orders that exceed 2kg – please either email prior to purchasing to discuss shipping costs OR select ‘collect in store’ at checkout and write your shipping requests in the notes area. We will email you to discuss your shipping options and then send you an invoice for your preferred delivery method.

Please note some countries may charge you local taxes, customs and/or duties. These are not included in your purchase and are to be paid by the customer. Wingnut & Co. is not responsible for these charges and you should contact your local authority with any questions or issues. We unfortunately have no control over customs processing times or charges.



We gift-wrap all our pieces; pack them carefully and thoroughly with recycled and recyclable content. It is very rare for breakages to occur, however if your piece/s arrives damaged please contact us via within 24hrs of delivery with images of your piece and the box if applicable. On items broken during transport we will provide you with a replacement (where possible) or a refund depending on the preference of the customer.

Please be aware of the hand made, individual nature of our products. However if you believe there is a defect or a fault in your purchase please contact us via with a description and images (if applicable) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will then provide you with a replacement (where possible) or a refund depending on the preference of the customer.

We do not offer returns for any other reason than those listed above. However if you have any questions please contact us


Care Instructions

All our ceramic pieces are stoneware and are dishwasher safe if required. We do however recommend hand washing where possible. Do not submerge any timber elements in water – this is to provide longevity to the piece. We recommend wiping timber lids and handles with a soft cloth when cleaning is required. Timber elements can be oiled, if required, with any natural food safe oil. If brass elements dull over time they can be polished with a dry cloth and/ or with a touch of lemon juice on the cloth. (Please be careful not to get any lemon juice on the timber.)

Rowsaan blackened stainless steel spoons are each individually forged and variations in the finish and form will occur. Please hand wash the spoons with warm soapy water and then dry. No chemicals are used to blacken the stainless steel and each spoon is finished with beeswax, which aids the darkening process. After washing, the spoon may then lighten to a dark grey.
